Our shipping policies vary depending on what you order:

If you order an item that is already made and ready to ship our goal is to have that in the mail with USPS with 24-48 business hours. 

If the item is personalized then our goal is to have the item created and shipped out as soon as possible for example:

Vinyl Decals, any personalized items our goal is to have them shipped out in 24 hours but depending on order size can take up to 5 business days.

Charm Drops, Jewelry Drops, Gembombs that are not ready to ship items our goal is to have them shipped out in 24 hours but depending on order size can take up to 5 business days.
